Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Definitions

“Website”: rawcocktails.com and any related pages/subdomains.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”: NLNS media s.r.o.
“You,” “User,” “Member”: an individual accessing the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
“Content”: any photos, videos, audio, text, livestreams, and other materials available on or through the Service.
“Subscription”: a monthly membership plan with recurring billing unless cancelled.

2. Adults Only / Sexually Explicit Content

2.1 Adults only. The Service contains sexually explicit adult material intended only for consenting adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (including 21+ where required), to access or use the Service.

2.2 Your acknowledgment. By using the Service, you confirm that:

you are an adult as defined above,
you are intentionally accessing sexually explicit content for your personal viewing,
you are not accessing the Service from a location where doing so is illegal.

2.3 Local law compliance. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you based on your location.

3. Illegal or Non-Consensual Content / Reporting

3.1 Zero tolerance. The following is strictly prohibited on the Service:

any content involving minors or anyone who appears to be underage
non-consensual sexual content, sexual image-based abuse, “revenge porn”
coercion, exploitation, trafficking, extortion
any illegal content

We will review reports and may remove content and/or suspend accounts pending investigation. Reports are handled confidentially where possible.

4. Age Verification (Where Required)

Some jurisdictions require adult age verification. If verification is required for your location, you agree to complete the verification method we provide before gaining access to restricted areas. If you do not complete required verification, access may be limited or blocked.

5. Account, Security, and Acceptable Use

5.1 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and billing details.

5.2 Account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential.

5.3 No sharing / reselling. Your membership is personal. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense access.

5.4 Prohibited actions. You may not:

copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or share Content (including screen recording)
bypass paywalls, DRM, access controls, or security features
scrape or automate access to the Service
upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

6. Monthly Subscription, Billing, and Renewal (No Trial)

6.1 Monthly subscription. Membership is offered as a monthly subscription.

6.2 Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.

6.3 Authorization to charge. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for:

the initial subscription fee shown at checkout, and
recurring monthly subscription fees until you cancel.

6.4 Price changes. Prices and plan details may change. If changes affect your ongoing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and/or before the next renewal charge.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.2 When cancellation takes effect. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and renewal will not be charged.

7.3 Refunds. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

8. Intellectual Property & Limited License

8.1 Ownership. Content is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8.2 Limited license. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use.

8.3 No redistribution. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, publish, sell, or publicly display Content unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

8.4 Watermarking. Content may be watermarked or otherwise protected to help prevent and identify unauthorized distribution.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent monthly billing period.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal/compliance risk. Termination may be without refund where permitted by law.
